The Board of Control for Cricket in India has clarified that Sachin Tendulkar will be available for the India-Australia Test series.

Tendulkar injured his elbow during the third and final Test in Sri Lanka last month, and has been out of action since. But BCCI secretary Niranjan Shah has clarified that Tendulkar will play in the four-Test series that begins on October 9.
