The ghost of July 10, 2006 is back to haunt to Mumbaikars on the first day of July 2008. Heavby rain lashed Mumbai and its outskirts early morning, bringing the normal life to a complete halt. The monsoon rain submerged several parts of the city. The scene is terrific which reminds us about "Water...Water...Everywhere".
